Terms of Service

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the tree, access and site conditions as seen at the time of quoting. If conditions change (for example, a storm damages the tree before the job, or access we were shown is no longer available), we will revise the quote before proceeding.

Where a council permit or approval is required, the property owner is responsible for the application unless we agree in writing to lodge it on your behalf. We will tell you if we believe a permit is needed and will not remove protected vegetation without one.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Cost guides on this website are general information from published sources, not offers; the only price that applies to your job is the written quote.

We take care around gardens, fences, lawns and structures and carry public liability insurance. Please tell us about underground services, irrigation, septic systems and anything else hidden near the work area before we start.
