What we do
Emergency & Storm Tree Removal in Brisbane, the Redlands and Logan
Brisbane's storm season runs from November to March and it delivers: severe thunderstorms with hail and destructive winds most summers, and every few years something bigger. Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred in March 2025 dropped 275mm on Brisbane in a day and put more than half a million customers off power, most of it from trees on lines. The November 2025 hailstorms hit Chandler with 14cm hail and the bayside with 11cm. Trees come down, and when they do you need someone who can get there, make it safe and clear it properly.
Emergency tree work is different from a planned removal. A fallen tree is loaded with tension in ways that are hard to see, a hanging limb can drop without warning, and there are often lines involved. Our crew works to the Safe Work Australia tree work guide: make the site safe first, cut the loaded wood in the right order, then clear. If a tree is on or near a powerline, Energex's advice is to stay 10 metres away and call 000 or 13 19 62 before anyone touches it, and we will not either until it is made safe.
We are based at Sheldon and answer the phone seven days a week. After a big event we work the Redlands, Logan and southside first because we can get there fastest, then head further out. Send photos to the number below and we will call back with a time and a price.
What's included in our emergency & storm tree removal service
Fallen trees on houses, sheds and cars
Sectioned and lifted off carefully so the structure is not damaged further. We can tarp the roof before we leave.
Hanging and split limbs
Hangers over yards, driveways and play areas removed before they fall on someone.
Blocked driveways and access
Trees across driveways and roads cut and cleared so you can get in and out.
Dangerous leaning trees
Trees that have lifted or cracked in the wind assessed and removed before the next storm.
Insurance documentation
Photos and an itemised invoice describing the damage and the work for your insurer.
Full clean-up
Everything chipped and removed once the urgent work is done, and the stump ground if wanted.
Call us straight away if
- A tree or large limb is on the roof, the carport, a car or the fence
- A limb is hanging in the crown, cracked but not fallen
- A tree has lifted at the roots and is leaning further than it was
- The driveway or the street access is blocked
- A trunk has split at a union and the tree is now two halves
- A tree is touching a powerline: stay 10m back and call 000 or Energex first

How a emergency & storm tree removal job runs
- 01
Call or send photos
Ring 0466 270 743 or use the form. A couple of photos of the tree and the access is enough for us to give a rough figure over the phone.
- 02
Free on-site quote
We look at the tree, the targets under it, the access for the truck and the council mapping, then give you a written fixed price.
- 03
The job
Crew, truck, chipper and grinder arrive on the day. Trees come down in sections over houses, pools and fences, and everything is chipped.
- 04
Clean-up and done
Lawn raked, driveway swept, mulch left if you want it. You pay the quoted price, not a cent more.
